Orsett & Thurrock's innings was built around two outstanding individual performances. Fazan Habib then played one of the innings of the chase, exploding onto the scene with a breathtaking 48 off just 30 balls — 5 fours and 3 sixes — at a strike rate of 160 to swing the momentum decisively in Parkonians' favour. Between Jinka's anchor and Habib's firepower, the chase never truly looked in doubt, despite a few wobbles in the middle order. Aren Parmar chipped in with a useful 19 and Jigar Desai finished unbeaten on 10 to see Parkonians home.
