First Innings – Neo CC 2nd XI: 290/7 (50 overs)

After winning an important toss, Neo elected to bat first, Parks seamers Selva and Osman started well bowling at the right areas and making it difficult to score runs. Osman struck on his 3rd over to remove one of the opening batter out followed by Selva taking their number 3 batter out in his 5th over. Parks were looking under control with total score of 40/2 in 13 overs before introduce the bowling changes. Neo CC number 4 bat (overseas) played a wonderful inning taking on Parks bowlers with some wonderful boundaries scoring 88 before he got run out, while other opener continued to score a ton for them before he was dismissed by Selva in his second spell. Neo capitalised good foundation from their top order and they continue to play some big shots towards last few overs to put up a good total of 290/7 in 50 overs.

Selvam bowled really well picking 4 wickets and supported by Tanay and Osman with one wicket each.

Second Innings – Oakfield CC Parkonians 2nd XI: 240/7 (45 overs)

Oakfield started the chase well with Faisal and Krishan and suffered an early wicket loss of Krishan for 30. Aman looked good and tried to stabilise the inning along with Faisal and got out just for 13 runs bringing the man in the form Mannan into the middle. Mannan played another good inning along with Faisal. While Faisal and Mannan looking to get the runs for Parks, Faisal got out for 62, Surya and Mannan started to get the game going before they lost another wicket in the form of Mannan for 44 runs, Surya continue to play some good shots along with Selva keeping their chances of winning the game alive, losing both Surya and Selva with just 7 runs difference pushed Parks to reconsider their plan towards the draw. With 6 more overs to go with a 70 run mark to win the game, Parks tried to stay in to draw the game. With Osman and Aryan playing rest of the overs they drew the game gaining 7 points.
