Match report Parks welcomed table topping Chingford in the last timed game of the season. Being seemingly clear of relegation, Parks won the toss and decided to bowl first to try and maximise their chances of a win. However, Chingford openers, father and son, Ayaz and Ehsen Shah, batted beautifully to set up a platform for a big total. A tough day in the field for Parks ended with Chingford racking up 292 runs declaring at the 45 over mark.

Parks were still confident of a win at the half-way mark but unfortunately they lost wickets at regular intervals. Sheharyar took the fight to the opposition with 65 from 37 balls but needed support from batsmen around him. Parks were eventually all out for a disappointing 175.

A bad day in the office - Parks will need to learn and move on quickly as we enter the final stretch in the season.
