Parks tied the last league game with the league leaders, Walthamstow 5th XI on a sunny day. Walthamstow won the toss and inserted Parks on a difficult pitch, which was on the slow side with odd balls keeping low but most with uneven bounce. It was felt that 150 would be a par score on this pitch. Parks struggled to score from the beginning and lost early wickets. A solid partnership between Shahid Khan (13) and Aryan Desai (37) followed by a cameo innings from Nav Kalley (13 no) enabled Parks to post a below-par score of 127 all out in 35.3 overs. Shahid Zaman Fatmi was the pick of the bowlers for Walthamstow (8-22-4).
Parks managed to contain Walthamstow from scoring freely and keeping up the required run rate, thanks to tidy spells from Nav Kally (8-5-3) and Sachin Arora (8-25_0). Walthamstow were 59 for 3 at the drinks break, needing 69 in the last 20 overs. The opening batsman, Billy Foster and the middle order batsman Stephen Tumbull looked dangerous despite the latter was dropped twice in the same over off Nilay Tenjura's bowling. The partnership was broken when Nilay Tenjura bowled Stephen Tumbull for 27 and had the next batsman lbw for 2. Walthamstow, despite losing another wicket in quick succession, Ravin Weerawardena coming in at number 8 scored a brisk 17 but was caught brilliantly at mid-on by Sachin Arora. The introduction of Aryan Desai and Danyal Abbas into the attack paid off as Walthamstow lost two wickets, needing one run to win the game in the last over, and lost the opening batsman adjudged LBW to Aryan Desai for 44.
