Match report A young Oakfield Parkionains team travelled away to FIves. The day started well for captain Vijay Vijayanathan with OPCC winning the toss and electing to bat first. Losing opener Taaha Naqvi (1) early on meant Mannan Arora (9) would join his fellow under 14 teammate Ali Khan (28) at the crease. A mixture of quick singles and crisply timed shots from the young pair help to steady the ship. However, one too many quick singles lead to the dismissal of Mannan. Captain Vijay (27) and Matthew Holland (26) helped get OPCC to a defendable total of 115. Oakfield would have to bowl well on pitch favoured the bowlers.

Parks started extremely well as openers Matt and Talha Raja both picked up early wickets meaning the game was in the balance. Missed chances and good batting meant the opposition had know trouble in chasing the low score. Even though Parks lost the highlight of the match came from under 16 Talha when he sent the off stump cartwheeling to dismiss their number 4 batsmen.
