Match report Oakfield parkonians travelled to Billericay in hopes to boast their chances of promotion, parks lost the toss and were inserted to bat.

Chetan Patel (99) and Krishan DilipKumar (35) carried on in fine form with another 50+ partnership at the top of the order. Once Krishan was dismissed Bhavik Trivedi (30) walked to the crease to support Cheten who was smashing every bowler to every party of the ground. However, after this partnership fell parks couldn't carry on the run rate and the middle order had a mini collapse. Alan Bouquet (26) and Matthew Holland (32*) batted well with a combination of quick singles and brutal boundary hitting . Opcc finished on 275 and were quietly confident that if they took their chances they could win.

Skipper Matthew Holland (10-0-45-0) almost started off the innings in the perfect way, hitting the Billericay opener on he toe but wasn't given. Nevertheless him and Yash Patel (6-1-34-0) bowled well and had catches been taken they both could of got more of a reward. Spin twins in Navine Sureshan (15.1-0-97-3) and Prajen Kavinkumar (9-0-73-2) started to bring the game back for Oakfield but once again a mixture of inconsistent bowling and poor fielding cost parks. Billericay ended up winning the game comfortably but onto next weel where OPCC play Hornchurch and hope to start the second half of the season off with a win.
