The game was reduced to 30 overs due to the heat and RL duly elected to bat after winning the toss. A strong batting side capitalised on average bowling and amassed a huge total of 236 for 6 in 30 overs. Umar retired at 106 . Kush playing his first game for the Parks bowled well to take a wicket. Syed Muttaqueen and Vijay Vijayanathan took 2 wickets a piece.
Parks started well with opening batsmen Tariq Jameel and Ayaan Usman and kept the required run rate until Tariq Jameel was given lbw for 57. Ayaan continued his excellent form to score back to back centuries to retire on 101 having had useful partnerships with Aayush Desai (19) and Ibad Usman (11) Parks finished 21 runs short of the target. Great effort by OPCC Sunday A team consisting predominantly of colts.
