Match report The 2s started the game this week in high hopes after 2 good weeks with both bat and ball. Stand in captain Neil lost the toss and epping won the toss and chose to bat first. Epping posted a competitive total of 282. The pick of the bowlers was Zubair Raja (8-1-30-3). The parks pitch was an absolute road and it was a score that the team was confident of chasing. The chase started well with Dhruv Patel and Neil putting 90 for the first wicket. Dhruv scored 60 runs, other than Reuben and Kabir who both went on to get 30 and 42 respectively, the other batsmen didn't score enough and Parks ended on 233. It was a tough chase but Parks tried they best and gave it their best shot. We look forward to Fives next week where we look to bounce back with a win.
