Match report It has been the tale of the season for Parks so far. Captain Haris Khan won the toss and elected to bat first on what was a beautiful day to bat. Parks started their innings well finding themselves 46-1 off just 9 overs. However, with one of the worst batting collapses ever, Parks found themselves 50-7 and struggling to get any partnerships together. But Selva Ramasamy (20) and Sifth Ali (28) helped to get Parks up to a well below park 126.

Parks had started off the defence off the target well bowling tight lines and forcing the batsmen to play and miss a few times. Parks picked up 3 quick wickets with Selva and Anujan Thiru really causing trouble with the new ball. But that would be it in the wickets as the number 3 and 5 for Fives showed all the Parks players how to bat on a great track and dominate the game. It was a big learning curve for our young first team and with eyes on Ilford next week the boys look to bounce back and get a win on the board.
