Having put into bat by the home team skipper, Parks lost Adam Goldman when the score was at 23 and the game was interrupted with a shower after 8 overs. The match was resumed on revised 34 overs Parks scored 173 for 5 wickets. Karthegan Thavanesan coming number 3 played well for his maiden 50 in the senior game scored 65. Gurmit Bhatia helped with a quick 32 no to the total. During the tea break the heaven opened again the game was abandoned with each side taking 6 points.
V Goddard for HT bowled well and finished with 2 for 45 in his spell of 14 overs.
Should the game carried on Parks could have possible earned a victory.
