Match report This was Old Park's third outing in the Peter Coe Cup and it proved to be yet another conviencing victory, this time over Bentley. OPs lost the toss and were put into bat. After losing an early wicket, Paresh Kalley and Karambir Matharu put on 88 for the second wicket and after losing Paresh for 70 off only 44 balls (which included 9 fours and 1 six), Ronana Karuna joined Karambir to take the score over 200 before Ronan was bowled for 40 and Karambir was run out for a very impressive 87 (which included 10 fours) and Old Parks finished on 255 for 4 off their alloted 30 overs. This was always going to be a very tall order for the Bentley batsmen and so it proved as they fell well short on 176 for 4 (including 53 extras). All 11 players bowled but the noteable bowlers were Ronan (6-3-11-1), Devak Rattan 92-0-6-1). OPs proved to be worthy winners.
