Match report This was Old Park's second Len Stentiford cup game and it was proved to be a very 1 side affair. OPs won the toss and elected to bat first and lost an early wicket with Ronan Karuna being needlessly run out for 6. However, thereafter all the batmens cashed in to post 138 for 6 off their 20 overs. The main contributors were Karthegan Thavanesan who retired after a very stylish 32 and Karambir Matharu who cuaght for 27 and Pranav hit a 14 late on in the innings. Gidea Park were never in the running and they only managed 66 off their 20 overs, with Kieret Ubha posting very impressive figures of 3-0-14-3 and he was very ably supported by Abdul-Raouf Irshad (3-0-9-2) and Thomas Varnes (3-0-15-2). OPs won by 72 runs and this was done despite the fact that they only had 9 players and without their regular captain and vice-captain
