Match report In very poor batting conditions where the ball kept very low Old Parks batted first and made a solid 135 runs and the main contribution was from Nick Thorpe who made a very impressive 47, which included 7 fours. There were contributions from Ian Simpson (15), Umar Arbar (10) AND Subhash Patel 14). In reply, both the opening bowlers bowled a very tidy spell with Nav Kalley finishing with 6-0-13-1 and Zubayr Iqbal (5-2-11-0). Ian Simspson kept up the pressure with figures of 5-0-25-2 and Nick Thorpe chipped in with 3-0-23-1 but the star bowler was Umar Arbar who won the match for Old Parks with excellent figures of 5 wickets from only 3 overs and conceeding a miserly 15 runs. Old Parks ran out worthy winners by 31 runs
