Indoor nets start Monday 29th October and continue every Monday until April. The venue once again will be the sports hall at the Ilford County High School.

* Colts nets take place from 6:30pm - 8pm
* Adults nets (including senior colts who play in adult teams) take place from 8pm - 9pm

The cost of both colts and adults nets will be £3 per person per session.
