Old Parkonians A team today played Goodmayes in a "Winner Takes All" clash, the winner getting promoted to Div 2. We had played a pretty good season this year, but Goodmayes were a good indoor outfit.

Old Parkonians A; 118 - 4. 

Goodmayes; 72 AO. 

We finished runners up behind South Woodford B (who remained unbeaten - we ran them close) and will next year play at Bancrofts school. 

Thanks to all players who contributed: James Foley, Vikram Handa, Dilan Patel, Paran Kalley, Jai Patel, Baldeep Mann, Haris Khan, Jonathan Balakumar & Prashant Bist. 

There were notable performances across the season. James Foley contributed outstandingly with 145 runs and 10 catches. Dilan Patel also topped the wickets chart with 12 wickets. Paran & Baldeep got crucial runs and wickets throughout. I even got 5 dismissals in one game! But my choice for indoor player of the season is Vikram Handa. He contributed with 139 runs and 7 wickets and was solid in the field. We'll think about your prize soon bud. 

Finally, thanks to Nav Kalley, Sanjay Handa, Andy Beavan & Sandra Foley for cheering us on! We'll be playing at Bancrofts next year so until then we turn our attention to the outdoor season!
