Parks were inserted to bat first by the home team after winning the toss in an overcast condition, lost early wickets leaving them 39 for 3 in 14 overs, were managed register total of 172 for the loss of 8 wickets in 45 overs, thanks to a good partnership of 99 from the skipper Vijay Vijayanathan (61) and Adam Goldman (55). Alex Browne and Skipper Dave Kiff bowled well to take 3 wickets a piece.
After the tea interval Parks had early break through as Mathew Holland and Adam opening the bowling attack claimed the top order batsmen cheaply put the home team in the back foot, never looked to chasing the total finished with 93 for 6 in 40 overs resulting a draw. T Willson top scoring with 26. Young talented Mathew Holland bowled well in his spell of 9 overs took 2 wickets for 23 runs.
