Match report Oakfield Parks hosted rivals Old Brentwoods hoping to continue their recent good form. On winning the toss the visitors were asked to bat.
From ball one Parks hit them hard with the pitch offering help for the seamers wickets tumbled. Selvam Ramasamy(10-23-4) continued his good form to snare 4 wickets and backed up by good fielding ended up with 4 wickets. With Old Brentwoods innings in a mess Anujan Thiru(6-17-2) continued the free fall with 2 wickets. Then the tail was cleaned up by the left arm spin of Ravi Raval ( 3.5-3-3) with 3 quick wickets. So they were bundled out for a poor 72.
Parks went in to bat and wasted no time going for the total quick. 3 wickets were lost but Parks cruised to the total in only 14 overs to complete a routine win. Shawn Tuitt top scored with 20 with some trademark blows, with Ravi Teja finishing matters of with 15 not out.

A good win and professional performance. We head to table toppers Benfleet next week hoping for 3 in a row.
